Welcome to PurpleSeed Cloud Platform. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our cloud services, including infrastructure, development, and hosting services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Services. The Services are intended solely for users accessing cloud infrastructure, development, and hosting functionalities.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Use

• You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PurpleSeed LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
